Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Act as Tokopedia Marketing Solutions expert and have a deep understanding of technical, algorithmic, and analytical nature of our tools.
Constantly find ways to grow our revenue by proposing ways to scale usage of our products.
Execute media strategy, planning, and buying using Tokopedia Marketing Solutions.
Continuously find ways to optimize clients’ campaign performance.
Analyze performance, generate report on campaign results, and present it to clients.
Make sure campaign delivery is running as expected.
Responsible for troubleshooting and bug report for any issue happen with campaigns.
Constantly evolve best practice and share it with internal/external stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to grow the business and align on priorities.
Able to speak digital media/advertising language and terms when dealing with clients.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Have strong interest and/or experience in operations, analytics, and working with data.
Have a natural liking to work with numbers and solving complex problems.
Would be a plus to have experience in Digital Media, Online Marketing, and Advertising.
Is a problem solver, proactive, and self-motivated.
Results-oriented and comfortable working & delivering against sales target.
Ability to run database query, relational database, data visualization, and simplification of complex information is highly preferred.
