Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze trends within assigned operations, including contact volumes, contact patterns, including contact volumes, contact patterns, staff productivity, staff capacity and resource allocation and use the analysis results to forecast contact patterns across all channels.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure the staffing plan is achieved
- Take proactive steps to ensure proper staffing levels through all daily intervals
- Able to make an improvement to update current workflow to make more effective
- Reporting and analyzing the effectiveness of schedule and gap between forecast & actual data per channel
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimal 1-year experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel product
- Knowledge in SQL Server Management is a plus
- Strong collaboration, communication and organizational skills
- Flexible and able to work multitasking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Have experience in analyzing, interpreting and summarizing complex data as it relates to the service center (email, social media, call center)
