Business Operations Specialist (Business)  

You are responsible for owning the E2E discovery page improvement initiatives. This will involve handling the identification of issues, analysis of what is wrong, solution to improve, and execution of idea.

• Manage and optimize end-to-end process for Tokopedia campaign landing page
• Run day to day operation on content concept, page creation and content publishing for specific page using the content management system
• Do QA & QC for all banners and component to make sure that the flow given to the users is already the best
• Manage stakeholder expectations in campaign management execution
• Consolidate all campaign needs for entry points
• Collaborates with creative team to generate high quality content
• Analyze content performance, give ideas, execute testing for content improvement, and provide actionable learning to internal team
• Help to drive and improve content automation
• Do benchmarking for improvement

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Editorial and operational skills with a deep understanding of the role content plays in supporting marketing and commerce
• Data driven person, know how to analyze correctly and do improvement based on findings
• Have good sense about user experience, can translate the business objective into a landing page
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams of marketers, copywriters, legal, operations, and technology
• Demonstrated ability to work quickly, coordinate multiple work streams and prioritize under deadlines among competing priorities
• Detail oriented to achieve operational excellence
• Critical thinking, fast learner, and able to multitask and handle several projects at the same time
• Excellent in project management
