Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Focus on providing lending products for B2B
Perform strategic end-to-end business and product development roles.
Collaborate with Tech (Engineering & Data) Partners towards unified Tribe goals and objectives
Identify & analyze market needs, market & product trends, competitors strategies to grow market penetration and financial sustainability
Accountable to design adaptive business strategies and build effective end-to-end product development journey (requirements, roadmap) to execute targeted strategies

Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Understanding of intermediate product management skills and continually implement industry best practices.
Problem solver with clear structure and analytical skills.
Strong communication skill, both verbally and in writing.
Be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances.
Experience in Fintech industry
