Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Optimize proprietary formulas to rank the most relevant products to users for both Search and Browse
- Create new and continuously improve current algorithms for recommendation engines
- Work with data analyst to investigate algorithm and provide insights on improvements as well as develop monitoring dashboards to ensure revenue keeps growing
- Work with data scientists to explore new frontier machine learning solution to improve performance
- Influence product roadmap and vision to ensure core metrics continue to grow (e.g. CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS, etc.)
- Develop presentations (as needed) for management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Math/Engineering Background, with GPA > 3.5
- Ability to make mathematical models and formulas for optimization
- Creative mind who is willing to not only share ideas but try it out
- Strong sense of ownership and self-starter who is target-driven and motivated
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
- Familiar with R, python, matlab, neural network will be an added value
