Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- 2 years or more experience in related fields such as commercial analyst, data analyst, business intelligence, growth analyst, or market research analyst.
- High proficiency in excel and google spreadsheet is required. Ability to operate BI tools such as google data studio is a plus.
- Good presentation building skills and able to conduct weekly/monthly meetings for internal teams.
- Possess strong structural thinking abilities and good knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Possess good communication skills or data storytelling abilities.
- Can work both independently and with a team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Work alongside business unit leaders on the scope of quarterly/annual business planning and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain performance monitoring dashboards for both commercial and operational teams.
- Identifying areas of improvements and concerns in business operational areas and provide appropriate strategies to resolve them
- Help prepare and conduct cadence within the business unit, both weekly and monthly business review.
- Responsible for developing business presentations for business unit leaders and clients as needed
- Undertake research and collect data to better analyze outcomes and support other functions
