Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Participate in the design, planning, and conceptualization, and implementation of business development activities.
- Develops an all-around understanding of the business and the roles/responsibilities of the various business groups to achieve excellent business performance
- Recommends improvement and innovation of the existing company procedures or services
- Conducts market research studies on latest trends in the industry
- Analyzes, defines and evaluates product system problems and implements necessary solutions
- Performs research, analysis and documentation of business processes, technology, etc.
- Assists in development and testing of new business processes
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of entrepreneurship/business management/sales, or any related field
- Must have at least 3 years of experience specializing in Business Development, Research, and Technical Analysis
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- With excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be creative, dynamic, multi-dimensional
- With high level of integrity
- Should possess both critical-thinking and analytical skills
- Must be familiar with waste paper collection/scrap buying
- Keep abreast of developments in the industry and ensure strict compliance with all applicable legislations, government requirements and regulations.
- Willing to be based in Pampanga
- Willing to work both in an office and field setting
- Knows how to drive
