Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise purchasing activities, delivery of goods and services ensuring continuity of an efficient and sustainable supply chain.
- Plan, organize, evaluate and oversee all aspects of procurement.
- Handle selection and negotiation with suppliers for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms and delivery schedules and other important details that will lead to an effective procurement.
- Formulate purchasing strategies to ensure cost and quality effective procurement and effective supply chain management.
- Review and approve purchase request and ensure that all details are complete and valid.
- Ensure that all products received are within standards and adhere to specifications based on required quality and quantity.
- Prepare purchasing related reports.
- Perform assessment, evaluation, accreditation and performance tracking of all suppliers according to purchasing procedures and requirements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance or equivalent;
- With at least three (3) years of purchasing experience specialized in procurement, inventory control, material and warehouse management or equivalent;
- Possess a strong supervisory experience and a good business judgment skills;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Willing to be based in Pampanga
