• Create initiatives to increase our memberships
• Manage our membership and community partners for increased engagement and involvement
• Come up with new strategies and initiatives in order to increase the community engagement and awareness
• Provide engaging content brief to our Social Media team to retain and attract targeted communities
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders
• Work with Marketing Partnerships in organizing events and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure brand consistency
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
• Up-to-date with current trends in community and women empowerment issues

• Minimum 2 years experience working in community management and engagement, or similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any other related fields
• Excellent in writing clear instructional copy
• Understanding of community behavior and needs analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English communication skills
• Strong self-motivation
• Independent and good team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
