Media Ad Trafficker | Creative Traffic Manager  

Job Summary:

The Traffic Manager is responsible for managing the flow of all projects that come into Commercial Partnerships. You will be working closely with the Accounts, Campaigns, and Creative teams to ensure that workflows smoothly & efficiently through the various departments from the initial brief of campaigns up until its completion and release.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the movement of projects across departments
• Create a framework for efficient workflow planning
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding work, timeline, and budgeting of campaigns
• Organize regular production meetings and status updates
• Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for each stage of a project
• Ensure that the stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource, and deadline deliverables
• Constantly monitor the timeline and progress of active campaigns
• Ensure that work is distributed fairly and evenly among the departments and its members
• Adjust schedules to deal with delays or other problems if any arise
• Retrieve and analyze relevant data such as time and resources spent on campaigns, problems encountered, etc.
• Provide reports and feedback to the VP of Commercial Partnerships regarding the status of campaigns and the overall performance of the division
• Monitor current traffic processes and provide ideas on how to improve current practices if needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Production & Design, any related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Project or Traffic Management
• Proven project management skills
• Good communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Traffic Management Software
• Can perform duties under pressure
• Solid knowledge of digital advertising platforms
