Administrative Assistant  

A teammate who is accurate, has attention to detail, strong organization skills, and integrity. Someone who can understand the operations, and execute policies and procedures successfully.

May be assigned to the following teams:

• Accounting – records data accurately and promptly to review and generate accounting reports

• Purchasing - carries out successful purchasing of materials, equipment and services in a timely manner, while maintaining harmonious business relationships with suppliers and service providers.

• Supply Chain – carries our manufacturing operations that involves efficiency of operations, inventory handling, ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility

• Customer Care – directly interacts with customers through the phone to answer their inquiries, assists with their transactions and request, and builds relationships with retail customers

• Administration – accurately records time rendered by personnel daily to generate attendance reports

• Human Resources – provides, safekeeps, and accounts for the tools needed by personnel in conducting their work

• Quality Assurance – ensures that cleanliness and quality standards are upheld through routine checks and audits of personal hygiene compliance, as well as overall facilities and equipment sanitation

• Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Commerce, Mathematics, Engineering or other related courses

• Must have a strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines

• Must be a critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence

• Relates well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
