Retail Operations Specialist - Makati City

We are looking for someone who will:

• Execute and uphold retail store operations and abide by good manufacturing practices
• Represent the company through direct interaction with the customers
• Maintain the upkeep and comfortable environment of the store to enhance customer experience
• Address customer concerns in a personal but professional manner while keeping the company's best interest in mind
• Ensure proper handling, storing, merchandising, and packaging of products
• Continuously find ways to improve existing operations to become more efficient and serve our customers well

• Preferably has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Psychology, Education, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Communications
• Must have a strong commitment to being organized, and accurate
• Must be a critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
• Relates well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
