We are looking for someone who will:

• Directly interact with customers in the stores to answer their inquiries, and assist their requests
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to place and fulfill customers' orders
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with retail customers
• Communicate with ease to a socially diverse community to provide genuine and caring service to all customers
• Address customer concerns in a personal but professional manner while keeping the company's best interest in mind
• Turn relevant and effective projects into operations that help enhance our service to the customers

• Has Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Communications
• Must have a strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines
• Must be a critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
• Relates well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
