Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor  

We are looking for leaders who understand and appreciate the importance of physical structures to the success of operations. Someone who can find technical and ergonomic solutions to ensure that we deliver a safe and secure environment for both personnel in the plant and customers who visit our stores.

Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:

• Calibrates with cross-functional teams to understand the space and equipment requirements of each
• Oversees building, renovation, and maintenance of office, commissary, and retail structures of the company
• Coordinates with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and construction personnel
• Sources, negotiates, and analyzes the best materials, equipment, and service on a timely manner and within the approved budget
• Maintains healthy business relationships with suppliers and service providers, while keeping the company's best interest in mind
• Communicates with ease to a socially diverse team to teach proper care and use of materials and equipment
• Keeps complete records of structural plans, quotations, warranties, maintenance manuals, and the like
• Proactively schedules regular preventive maintenance to maximize assets

• Preferably graduates of Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Interior Design, Materials Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering are likely candidates
• Must be a trustworthy leader with strong commitment to organization, accuracy, and meeting deadlines
• A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
• Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
