- Managing orders from all customers;
- Coordinating with staff regarding order status;
- Coordinating with the warehouse staff regarding item status;
- Contact customers for aftersales quality control;
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can work independently;
- A good grasp on how the internet works i.e. email, browsing, instant messaging, etc.;
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Can communicate well with colleagues;
- Adjust well to changes;
- Works fast and precise, to meet deadlines;
- Willing to take in more work when necessary;
