Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recruits around 10-20 rank and file positions (Waiters, Servers).
- Coordinates with third party background investigation.
- Does basic company policy orientation training and service training (We already have PPT and some youtube videos for this).
- Initiates rewards programs (Employee of the month and the like).
- Handles Performance Management and development of systems
- Takes charge of admin hearings.
- Serves NDA’s together with the restaurant managers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong background in Recruitment and Training.
- Highly organized.
- Must be able to handle 3-4 restaurants with approximately 100 employees.
