Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares & sends P.O to foreign suppliers;
- Facilitates booking of shipment in coordination with the forwarder;
- Prepares summary of shipment, both for Bureau of Customs and Company operations for their reference;
- Assures that all the Permits/Accreditation in connection with Importation be renewed ahead of date of expiration;
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of four (4) year course preferably Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Customs Administration, Business Administration major in Financial Management, Legal Management or any other related degree;
- Preferrably have atleast two (2) years experience working as an importation staff in any of the following: retail or fine dining restaurant;
- Able to comfortably deal, coordinate with government and regulatory agencies;
- Ability to understand and analyze various government regulations;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook);
- Good communication in English (written and oral) and presentation skills;
- Pleasant, polite manner for dealing with public as well as staff.
