Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular audit in stores and prepare internal audit reports
- Conduct annual inventory count including trade, marketing, nontrade and fixed assets.
- Assist in review of department processes within and outside the system.
- Conduct compliance audit based on the Company's policies and procedures
- Assist/ make recommendations to improve internal control procedures.
- Assist in adhoc projects.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
- Preferably CPA Board Passer
- Knowledge of accounting and/or auditing principles, practices, concepts and systems
- Knowledge in retail business financial and operational processe
- Strong analytical skills and skeptical
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Ability to develop audit work programs and conduct operations audit review
- Ability to evaluate internal controls and identify opportunities for internal control improvements
- Ability to construct and prepare audit communications
