Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Works as a company representative and is responsible for coordinating activities to other groups and agencies
- Handles on-time business permit renewal and payment every quarter
- Processes all the transaction related to BIR such as but not limited to transfer of employee’s RDO, permit, payment, 2307 and ITR renewal
- Conducts collection/ pick up of cheque and issuance of official receipt
- Leads the renewal of contract and permits such as but not limited to Fire, Sanitary and Sign Board
- Assists the City Hall inspector in all the store annual inspection and processes the evaluation for compliance and issuance of necessary store permits
- Processes payment for Globe, PLDT, and Meralco
- Assists in other Admin Functions such as but not limited to housekeeping and delivery of the document
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess at least Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, any field.
- With at least 1 year experience in the field is required
- Flexible and willing to do field work
- With unquestionable integrity and punctuality record
- Knowledgeable and experienced in performing the following transactions:
- Processing of business permits in different government entities
