- Supervise the performance of recruiters; immediately coach and develop their areas for improvement and recognize good performance and behavior.
- Cascade updates on operational changes to direct reports and document team meeting discussions.
- Manage team attendance and punctuality and ensure adequate staffing on a day-to-day basis.
- Oversee team productivity is maximized while on shift.
- Oversee requisitions of direct reports--ensuring that regular updates are being sent.
- Perform good decision making in the management of new requisitions and in assigning them to recruitment specialists or associates.
- Serve as escalation point for staff-related concerns / needs and report issues to the direct supervisor which require immediate attention.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Science, Sociology or equivalent.
- At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position and at least two (2) years in Supervisory capacity.
- Experience in Labor relations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- Applicants must be willing to travel.
- Applicants must be willing to work in San Pedro, Laguna.
