Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintains quality service of management by tracking employees' compliance in organization standards;
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation;
- Spearheads in tracking employees' performance management;
- Maintains 201 File of employees;
- Assists in other ad-hoc duties.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With Bachelor's Degree in any Social Science or Business-related course;
- With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience on the same field;
- Has exposure to most if not all of HR Facets;
- Has good leadership skills;
- Amenable to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
