Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for payroll administration, management, and reconciliation;
- Coordinates with staff in preparing internal and external end-to-end payroll process;
- Maintains all employee records;
- Generates necessary reports;
- Process increase and calculation of back pays.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Human Resource / Social Science / Business-related course;
- With at least 3 years of work experience related to the field;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Has excellent problem-solving skills;
- Has excellent leadership skills.
