Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Has exposure in reviewing, revising, and implementing Employee / Company handbook.
- Coordinates with employees with regards to their queries, needs, and requests.
- Consults with department heads regarding the concerns and/or issues in the company.
- In charge of conducting orientation/s when onboarding new employees.
- Develops and/or initiates new HR processes that are needed to observe by the company.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or other related courses
- At least has 6 months to 1 year of experience in the HR field, particulary in Employee Relations department
- Willing to do or be exposed to other HR facets such as Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, and Training;
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Has the initiative to learn
