Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle inbound customer service concerns.
- Respond to queries regarding health products and services.
- Resolve issues effectively using proper instructions and techniques.
- Provide excellent services using available tools and resources.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any medical course (Nursing, etc).
- At least 2 years in college preferably with customer service experience whether in the BPO or nonBPO, and preferably sales experience
- Registered Nurse with HMO background (local or international).
- Above average to excellent English communication skills.
- Willing to work in a BPO company / set-up.
- Willing to start ASAP.
- Willing to work in Pasig City.
- Flexible in terms of schedule and rest days.
