- Handle issues relevant to telecommunication services.
- Provide consistent and excellent service to customers using available tools and resources.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have good computer and internet navigation skills
- Above average to excellent Communication Skills in both English and Mandarin
- Must be a NON-NATIVE Mandarin speaker (Must be Filipino Citizen)
- Willing to work in a BPO setting; full time online service specialist
- Must be willing to start immediately
- Willing to work in Ayala, Makati
- Willing to work in a DAYSHIFT Schedule
