- Respond to inbound customer service/ support concerns
- Handle concerns regarding financial transactions, credit card account issues, etc.
- Full-Time Online Service Specialist
- Provide consistent and excellent service to customers using available tools and resources
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least College Graduate (of any 4-years course) with basic computer navigation skills
- Above Average to Excellent Communication Skills in both English and Mandarin
- Candidate must be a Non-Native Speaker (Filipino who can speak Mandarin)
- Willing to work in a BPO setting
- Must be willing to start immediately
- Willing to work in Makati City
