Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Respond to inbound technical support concerns
- Handle concerns regarding hardware and software issues, troubleshooting, etc.
- Provide consistent and excellent service to customers using available tools and resources
- Deal with issues in the following areas: Browser errors (Chrome, firefox etc); Printer errors, Outlook errors, etc (Basic to Intermediate Issues)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 18 years of age
- Average to Excellent Communications Skills in both English & Korean
- Technical Experience is not required but must have basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Must be open to DAYSHIFT schedule
- Must be willing to work in Pasig City
- Willing to work in a BPO setup
