DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops concepts and creates design for all static and dynamic needs of TESDA digital marketing for the website and other online platforms;
- Develops/Refines ideas, graphics, illustrations and animations for TESDA website, mobile, and other platforms/products required while ensuring high level of design quality;
- Regularly improves site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards to make it user-friendly, visually and aesthetically engaging;
- Contributes in the creation of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site map that illustrate the functional value proposition and the user experience of designs;
- Provides necessary support content creation based on data analytics and behavior preferences of the users; and
- Performs any other functions as may be required by the superior.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Visual Communications, Creative Multimedia, or other related fields
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in content creation, strategy and management
- Must be flexible and has good interpersonal relations
- Must be a Filipino citizen

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is the government agency tasked to manage and supervise technical education and skills development in the Philippines. Through progressive institutional capability building, TESDA undertakes active TVET policy advocacy, pursues enabling mechanisms for TVET partners and provides support services for implementation of TVET programs.
