Attorney III  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

25% Prepares legal studies on queries propounded by various offices;

20% Conducts investigation of and evaluates administrative cases upon instruction from superior;

15% Attends hearings and recommends decisions on administrative cases;

15% Undertakes the interpretations of laws, orders, rules and regulations including legal documents;

15% Reviews contracts, legal forms and other related documents and recommends its approval; and

10% Performs other related functions.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

• Eligibility - RA 1080
• Education - Bachelor of Laws
• Experience - 1 year of relevant experience
• Training - 4 hours of relevant training

• Filipino Citizen
• Good in oral and written communications
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics
• Can work under pressure
