DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares legal studies on queries propounded by various offices;
- Condycts investigation of and evaluates administrative cases upon instruction from superior;
- Attends hearings and recommends decisions on administrative cases;
- Undertakes the interpretations of laws, order, rules and regulations including legal documents;
- Reviews contracts, legal forms and other related documents and recommends its approval; and
- Performs other related functions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bar Passer
- Preferrably with relevant experience, but new passers are welcome to apply
- Preferrably with relevant trainings

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is the government agency tasked to manage and supervise technical education and skills development in the Philippines. It envisions itself as a dynamic partner in the sustained excellence of the Filipino workforce. With the active cooperation of the private and public sectors, it seeks to formulate and implement policies, plans and programs that would help realize the socio-economic potentials of the country’s workforce. Through progressive institutional capability building, TESDA undertakes active TVET policy advocacy, pursues enabling mechanisms for TVET partners and provides support services for implementation of TVET programs.
