Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supports the end to end Talent acquisition process such as; Initial interview for all rank and file positions, conducts background investigation, updating recruitment reports and database.
- Facilitates all sourcing and receives applications from walk-in, online, referrals, Agency and job posting.
- Facilitates Onboarding process to new Techbox employees which includes pre-employment requirements proces
- Administers the Training Calendar and assists on the TNA function.
- Coordinates with the Manpower agencies on vacancies, onboarding and training schedule effectively.
- Facilitates the ivents
- Supports and initiates additional engagement program within the Company.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate with a degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
- Preferably 2 year work experience in HR related fields.
- Must be pro-active and willing to learn new HR competencies
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
