Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Performs timely and accurate bookkeeping for the company
- Handles filing of BIR reports and payments such as VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax, etc.
- Handles forms regarding tax compliance with BIR, SEC filing, government contributions, local government units and processes requirements for business licenses and permits
- Assists in auditing financial transactions and documents
- Performs other accounting/staff-related duties as assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Willing to work onsite in San Juan (West Crame), Metro Manila
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- At least two (2) years of accounting/taxation experience
- Must be deadline conscious and detail-oriented
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
- In-depth understanding of Accounting and Bookkeeping concepts (Ex: Profit and Loss Statements, Disbursements, Chart of Accounts, etc.)
- Knowledge of Labor Laws
- Experience in filing government forms such as:
- 1601 C - Withholding Tax compensation
- 0619 E - Monthly Remittance of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld
- 1601 EQ - Quarterly Remittance of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld
- 2550 M - Monthly VAT Return
- 2550 Q - Quarterly VAT Return
- 1702 Q - Quarterly Income Tax Return
- 1702 RT - Annual Income Tax Return
