Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build a team composing of young millennials through recruitment
- Sell and Educate people about VUL, Investments, Importance of Life Insurance, Financial Planning, Estate Conservation, Retirement Funding, and Business Insurance;
- You will manage your people, train, empower, motivate and coach them to help them becomes successful
- To become an agency leader or MDRT
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably with iPad(6th Gen & up, 60G)
- With a vast network or sales background and experience
- With people person skills and leadership traits
- With Management experience preferably supervisory and up
- Willing to undergo training and coaching for 3 months
- Highly driven to achieve goals and with passion in sales
- Has an Entrepreneurial mindset and not employee mindset
- Filipino and based within Metro Manila, Philippines
