Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create the schedule and line-up for delivery, backloading, pick up on site or in pier.
- Check and monitor truck location and status.
- Give order to helper for pick up.
- Create daily schedule for payment.
- Ask for truck allowances.
- Ensure timeliness of delivery.
- Creates authorization for supplier.
- Inform and update Sales team regarding delivery line-up or schedule.
- Verify and confirm with Accounting regarding payment concerns before proceeding in delivery.
- Inform Purchasing team of PO to be pick-up.
- Monitor and check Delivery Info Sheet (DIS).
- Determine items for partial delivery to Sales team.
- Summarize in excel of daily backloaded items and send to respective warehouse.
- Handle deliveries of North-West areas.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Any business course.
- With 2-3 years of experience in related field.
- Good communication skills.
