Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The Senior Manager for Risk Management is a key role that has a broad remit and responsibilities for providing oversight and management of all aspects of Fraud, Risk and Compliance including analysis, assessment, coordination and execution of the various risk and compliance work streams and assurance while ensuring business goals are supported.
- This role needs to collaborate with multi stakeholders and establish a fraud, risk and compliance framework for TaskUs while leading organization-wide process documentation and change management process. The Senior Manager for Risk Management will lead a team of Officer - Risk Management and Business Continuity Officer in leading efforts to de-risk the business
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree holder preferably Cum Laude or higher
- 10+ years total work experience, 5+ years management experience
- With previous experience as a Compliance Manager or Auditor for a financial institution preferred
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and driving deliverables
- Experience leading an autonomous stream within a large program, and potentially responsible for leading and overseeing resources in a matrix environment (matrix could contain one or more resources)
- Experience in identifying sales leads and opportunities resulting in revenue growth
- Professional certification is an advantage (PMP, SSBB, COPC, etc.)
