Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Understand and promote the company programs to generate and close new sales leads.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking and managing prospects through the sales cycle.
- Conduct market research to identify potential strategic partners and business opportunities.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners to develop mutually beneficial business collaborations.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities with relevant majors
- 3+ years of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Startup mindset, ownership, and a proper balance of quality and sense of urgency!
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, industry trends, and key players is a plus.
