What You Will Do:

  • Lead the marketing division – comprising brand & product marketing, performance marketing, content & community marketing, and creative production – to build winning brands and support business hyper-growth.
  • Define & continuously refine the Brand Strategy and Marketing Mix.
  • Build the marketing roadmap and develop winning marketing campaigns that drives top-line and bottom-line.
  • Drive marketing team to continuously optimize execution through rapid iteration and continuous experimentation.
  • Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team (with Growth, Product, Commercial, Supply Chain, etc).
  • Manage marketing budget, people budget and other expenditures to achieve OKRs/KPIs effectively and efficiently.
  • Build the marketing organization to be world-class and nurture future leaders and marketing experts.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Who will be suitable for this role:

  • Must-Have
    • Have at least 6 years of full-time experience in B2C brand management / marketing roles in Indonesia
    • Have managed at least 3 full-time, direct reports in brand management / brand development / brand building / marketing teams.
    • Have proven track record of playing a key role in driving business growth through marketing / brand management efforts – driving new customer acquisition, improving customer retention, increasing sales, or growing market share.
    • Strong leadership skill
  • Bonus points
    • Have worked in client-side teams at major FMCG / consumer products / Retail companies
    • Have experience with the Fresh Produce and/or Groceries category.
    • Have worked at top-tier Technology companies or Startups, especially e-commerce.
    • Have experience in top-tier Management Consulting firms.
    • Have experience managing creative talents (e.g., graphic designers, videographers, video-editors, animators, photographers, etc.)
    • Have experience in digital marketing
