- Responsible for overseeing and monitoring productivity of Account Coordinators.
- With expertise in workload analysis, process compliance and improvements.
- Show strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of each team member.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate of any four year course; with at least 3 years of work experience.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in basic Windows applications.
- Keen on minute details, flexible, systematic, and results oriented.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including accurate grammar and business correspondence knowledge.
- Organized, independent and self-motivated (entrepreneurial), enthusiastic, dependable, flexible in scheduling and prioritization, and driven by excellence.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain positive internal and external relationships.
