Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintains, updates, and ensures the integrity of all systems that store data on:
- Customers
- Partners
- Potential Customers
- Any other business or individual details deemed necessary.
- Maintains, updates, and ensures the integrity of all data on such systems.
- Ensures all data is accurate and has correct up-to date details.
- Regularly cleans data when it is incorrect and updates the details, including but not limited to:
- Merging duplicate entries
- Resolving conflicting information
- Other types that may be required
- Ensures all integrations between all data systems are working, and if problems arise resolves them, or notifies relevant team members.
- Works to produce new integrations that provide new value, or optimizes older methods.
- Provides, upon request, relevant lists to sales team members of organizations that are qualified and suitable to buy.
- Any other duties requested from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 1 year of relative experience is required for this position.
- Good knowledge of CRM software solutions.
- Proficient in MSExcel.
- Ability to work both independently, and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and highly organized.
