Marketing Assistant  

Talas Manileño Barbershops is looking for a Marketing Assistant responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a problem solving mentality and the ability to think critically and creatively. Execute customer research, campaign strategy and setup, management, data analysis, and reporting and of ongoing campaign optimization. Manage the projects that he/she is involved with and assist marketing team in execution of all marketing projects, be it digital or retail.

• Assembles customer rating reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations.
• Updates competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports.
• Supports administration and sales teams by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses.
• Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, Talas Manileño, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
• Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, Instagram Stories, Facebook Live, etc.).
• Work alongside marketing team to help distribute content that educates, inspires and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
• Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
