Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
- Ensure that the production is cost effective;
- Decide how many resources required;
- Draft a timescale for the job orders;
- Estimate and forecast costs and set the quality standards;
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
- Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
- Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes;
- Coordinate with different departments, e.g. purchasing, maintenance;
- Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
- Enforcement of production rules and regulations;
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
- Review worker/operator performance;
- Report to the president on line condition;
- Housekeeping and line management;
- Implement 5s on production line;
- Conduct line quality inspection regularly;
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Willing to work in Valenzuela City
- Can work overtime
- 5 years experience in Plastic Manufacturing Industry is preferred
- Good communication and leader ship skills while dealing with workers
- Able to compose production forecast charts
- Resourceful with man power requirements
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Fast learner
- Strong in production line amangement and control

Maintenance Engineering Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting complex and/or repetitive issues on state of the art Blow Molding Machines, Custom Automation and support equipment. Other tasks include supporting our in house engineering teams as well as recommending, purchasing and implementing upgrades to production equipment.
