Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide support to managers or supervisors develop the skills and capabilities of staff
- Offer advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
- Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process
- Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions
- Schedule, organize and participate in applicant interviews
- Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
- Update and explain labor and employment issues to both management and staff
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of AB /BS Psychology (Industrial/Organizational), BSBA Human Resource Development Management, or any Human Resource related course
- At least five (5) year experience in related position preferably in manufacturing sector
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- General knowledge in administering psychological examinations
- Must be a computer literate

Maintenance Engineering Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting complex and/or repetitive issues on state of the art Blow Molding Machines, Custom Automation and support equipment. Other tasks include supporting our in house engineering teams as well as recommending, purchasing and implementing upgrades to production equipment.
