Odoo Developer  

This is a full-time, permanent Odoo Developer. Candidates should have working experience using Python programming language. We're looking for Developers to help develop and improve the Odoo framework and its core modules for our clients .

Responsibilities:

• Odoo modules design, development, migration and test
• Consulting, training, interactions with the clients
• Existing application maintenance and updates
• Interaction with Odoo Community
• Resolve customer's technical support issues related to the Odoo application in the modules of Financial Core, Distribution, Manufacturing and/or HR/Payroll.
• Resolve technical support issues related to custom in-house developed applications and integration
• Remote training on core Odoo modules.
• Test custom code developed by our team.

• Bachelor or Engineer in Computer Science or equivalent by experience
• Good communication, people management and problem solving skills.
• High degree of customer service acumen required.
• Ability to travel to local clients 50% of the time or less.
• Ability to work and adapt in a fast - paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, has an initiative to make a first move and has a cooperative attitude.
• Willing to learn and share his/her knowledge. Team Player.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge and experience with Python
• Knowledge in XML, Aeroo Reporting, PostgreSQL, PHP, PERL or Ruby on rails is an advantage.
• Pentaho Reporting, Jasper Reports
• Must have at least 2 years working experience in any ERP software.

Additional Skills:

• Visual Basic 6.0
• Java, C#
• ADODB, Crystal Reports, Data Report, SQL Server 2008 R2.
• Strong knowledge in developing desktop and web applications on Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) cross platform
• Working knowledge of ERP is a plus.
