Project Engineer  

We're currently building up our teams based in our Makati office. We're looking for talented, engaged and resourceful people to join our organisation to help build it and grow with it.

In the process you will learn more about the technology and will work in a super unique organisation which has foreign management but is servicing the Philippines market.

Benefits include full HMO, 1 dependent after 1 year, 80% of a 2nd dependent after another year. Regularisation review at 3 and 6 months and practical opportunities for increased responsibility and promotions as the team is constantly growing.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Manage team members’ daily work schedule/allocation based on project requirements or company targets
• Survey locations and deliver “as-planned” specifications for implementation of fiber optic and network equipment and document these appropriately
• Work with the Site Operations Team to ensure best practice and surveying information is complete
• Supervise day to day operations across builds
• Ensure work flow and logistics of projects are efficient
• Perform fiber layout and design or produce fiber network design documents
• Document and maintain as-built documentation and define and document networked sites/buildings
• Ensure timeliness of appointments and liaise with customers, site owners, building management and internal teams to ensure customer expectations or met or exceeded

Required:

• Strong OSP/ISP and/or fiber skills
• Skills in any design tools e.g. QGIS, Autocad, Visio, Mapinfo, ENE etc and computer skills
• Supervisory or management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptable and can work with minimum supervision
• Strong communication skills and command of English
• Understanding of physical construction requirements

Preferred:

• Degree in relevant area
• International experience
• Experience in a similar role
