- Provide general administrative support to the legal department
- Attend to field assignments (government offices/agencies, legal documentation, etc.) when needed
- Document meetings and legal consultations with management and external stakeholders
- Preparation of standard documents as requested through the legal department
- Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
- Maintain the Record Management System (RMS)
- Maintain Master List of Contracts
- Manage all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support
- Ensure Document Management accordingly to established procedures or standards (documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording and archiving) Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as required
- Process incoming documentation (registration in the RMS, internal distribution, archiving)
- Process outgoing documentation (transmit to Client and Suppliers/3rd parties)
- Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are distributed internally and externally (Clients and Suppliers)
- Ad hoc tasks deemed necessary by business/management in line with legal team’s jurisdiction
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Management, or any related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience working in a law firm or legal/compliance department
