Social Media Manager  

We’re looking for a hard working and dedicated social media manager to join the Inc. Southeast Asia team.

With our content spread across both digital and print, the social media manager will:

• Develop cost-effective strategies that will grow and manage our presence across our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram)
• Create relevant content for the brand across these platforms
• Curate, schedule, manage and post content from both the Inc. US website and original Inc. Southeast Asia content on these platforms
• Produce daily and weekly reports on site performance and the brand’s performance across the said platforms

It is expected that the social media manager, who will coordinate closely with the sales and editorial team, will be able to come up with social media strategies that will increase site traffic, generate interest in both our digital content and magazines, generate advertorial interest, and create strong engagement.

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing or Communication or any similar field
• Has at least 2-3 years social media marketing experience
• Has a solid understanding of brand building
• An analytical mindset with the ability to drive engagement using data metrics
• Is extremely proficient with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant data gathering systems
• Can interpret this data and give strategic recommendations
• Proven track record of growing a brand’s social media a plus (e.g. "grew community 100% in 1 month")
• Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
• Can thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• An efficient worker who can deliver on tight deadlines and large targets
• Is straightforward and can work well in a team
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Is comfortable coordinating with people from various nationalities
• Requires little supervision
• Is willing to work in Makati everyday
