Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns primarily on Facebook.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports.
- Work closely with design and editorial teams to create engaging ad content.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve targeting and creative elements.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign adjustments and future strategies.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Knowledgeable in Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Facebook Insights.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive learner and reliable team player.
