JOB SUMMARY
To ensure that the installment receivables are billed on time. Responsible for all buyers' letters, notices and communications; and close coordination and to monitor the Couriers Service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bills buyers for monthly downpayment, amortization, improvements and other dues.
- Timely sending of notices to courier service and philpost
- Serves forfeitures Notices
- Ensures that courier services are paid on time
- Returns the duly accomplished Delivery Receipt/Receiving copy.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any 4-year Course preferably Accounting
- Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
- Willing to be assigned in Davao City.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
