1. Accurate and timely processing of payroll of Rank and File
2. Effective supervision of subordinates
3. Consistent implementation of financial and accounting system based on standard policies, procedures, and core processes
4. Accurate and timely submission of data for management report
5. Accurate and timely processing of cash incentives for Sales personnel
6. Collection efficiency

- Graduate of four year course, major in Accounting
- At least 1 year experience in the related position
- Ability to maintain complex financial records and prepare financial reports accurately
