Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for:
- Telephone, email, social media prospecting;
- Qualifying and processing recruitment leads for the sales managers; and generating summarized reports
- Communicate the opportunity of becoming a SunLife Financial Advisor or Manager
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Exceptional communication skills– both written and verbal– and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone promptly
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or project
- Driven and resourceful in finding new and continuous pipeline of recruits
- Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvement
